 Payment Information:

• We accept:  Master Card / Visa, Discover.
• Corporate Accounts are required to place a 50% down payment upon placing an order, with the balance due within 10 days upon delivery.  We also require a credit card to be placed on file and if the balance due is not received within the 10 days it will be charged to the credit card.
• Any returned checks for insufficient funds will be charged a $30 service fee.

 Shipping and Delivery:

• All orders ship UPS out of Tilton/Laconia, NH, unless otherwise arranged.
• All orders will be shipped the next business day.  Orders placed Friday after 12:00 noon, Saturday or Sunday will ship on the following Monday.
• Local deliveries are provided upon request and charges can range from $5.00 to $25.00 depending upon delivery destination.
• Shipping charges (weight of basket) will vary depending on the weight of alternative  items used in baskets.   

Shipping Schedule :

• West Coast  5-7 business days
• Mid West     3-5 business days
• East Coast   1-3 business days

Substitutions:

• Because we are always on the lookout for new and exciting products to add to our ever growing inventory, Hannah Banana Baskets reserves the right to substitute any item for one of equal or greater value due to its unavailability or replacement in our line.
